| Step 1 |
We start with an educational meeting. We’ll show you what’s new in the marketplace; we’ll discuss trends, possibilities and alternatives. |
| Step 2 |
Review your house plans. Determine systems, locations and/or components. |
| Step 3 |
Prepare and then present a proposal. |
| Step 4 |
Contract signing. |
| Step 5 |
We create our shop drawings and your customer book. |
| Step 6 |
Review technology changes and advise, if required, before pre-wire. |
| Step 7 |
Pre-wire. We perform the pre-wire after the electrical wiring is complete and before insulation is installed. |
| Step 8 |
Trim-out. We perform the trim-out sometime after the electrician has begun his installation of light switches and typically before any tile work. |
| Step 9 |
Review technology changes and advise, if required, before procuring product for the installation. |
| Step 10 |
Installation. The installation is performed prior to you moving in. At this time we install and checkout security systems, install and check out satellite systems and checkout the structured wiring systems, provided there’s phone service and cable television service. We ask that you have these services started 4 weeks before your expected move in date. |
| Step 11 |
Final installation, demonstration and acceptance. This phase occurs the day (or after) you move in. At this time we install the more expensive and desirable equipment (including but not limited to audio/video, control, phone systems, etc.) and we do our final testing of the systems we installed. |
| Step 12 |
Documentation and instruction. |
| Step 13 |
Live with systems. Possibly make any adjustments necessary to accommodate your lifestyle. |
